CAN I ORDER CAPS DIRECT FROM UFLEX

This depends on what your requirements are for the caps. There are 2 options:
1) If you are an end-user you can send the enquiry through to info@uflex.co.za and we will help you with the enquiry. If you are wanting to order blank caps then you can go ahead and place on the e-commerce page.
2) If you are a re-seller you can sign up with www.headwear24.com – They are the official SA distributor.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER

For custom imports 300 pieces / local blank stock – we are able to do any quantities. It merely effects the pricing as there are set-up costs applicable for orders below 15 units of R300.00

How accurate are the colours of the hats pictured?

We have made every effort to display the true colors of our products. Keep in mind that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Our web site is designed so that once the last available style or size has been ordered, that product is instantly removed from the site. Therefore, you are only shown inventory that is available. WE HOPE!
You can always contact our Customer Care Department to check on the availability of a particular style or size.

How can I track my order?

You can get in touch – info@uflex.co.za and one of our consultants will help you out as soon as any delivery information is available

How do I edit my order?

You can edit your order as long as your order hasn’t already entered the shipping process.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order if it has not entered the shipping process. If your order has been processed and it’s too late to cancel you will need to place a return for the order after you receive it.

What do I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address on my order

Please get in touch with us at info@uflex.co.za and we will attempt to update with the courier

What do I do if my order was delivered to the wrong address?

The carrier delivered my package to the wrong address. What do I do? Contact us immediately! We will work with the carrier to correct the situation as quickly as possible.

How do I order?

Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out. You can also order by email at info@uflex.co.za 

Do you have minimum orders?

There are no minimum quantities so you can order as much or as little as you like. 

Is everything on the website in stock now?

Each product on the website shows the current stock level available for each colour and size.

How long does it take to process an order?

Normally between 3-5 working days

Do you have trade prices?

If you’re a re-seller or another large-scale business in the apparel industry we may be able to offer trade pricing or pass you on to Headwear 24 who are the authorised distributors for South Africa.

Can I get credit terms?

All new customers will be set up on a pro-forma basis, which means the cost of goods and transport has to be pre-paid before delivery. Orders are placed and payments made through our secure online website.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping fees are included. We do however reserve the right to charge for deliveries to outlying / remote areas depending on the order size

No, currently we only service South Africa
